PHDream25 Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to PHDream25, an online gaming platform licensed and operated for players based in the Philippines. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PHDream25 website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). • You must be a resident of or physically located in the Philippines, or in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by local law.

• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of PHDream25 or any of its affiliated service providers.
• You may only hold one (1) active account on PHDream25. Duplicate accounts will be suspended, and any balances may be forfeited.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. PHDream25 may at any time request supporting documents — such as a government-issued ID (SSS card, PhilSys ID, passport, or driver's licence) — to verify your identity and age. Failure to provide these documents within the stated deadline may result in account suspension or termination.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — your username and password. PHDream25 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any action performed using your account credentials will be treated as an action by you, whether or not you authorised it.

If you suspect that your PHDream25 account has been compromised or accessed without your permission, you must notify us immediately at support@phdream25.click. We will take reasonable steps to secure your account, but PHDream25 cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where you failed to notify us promptly.

• Do not share your login details with anyone, including family members or friends.
• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on other websites.
• Log out of your account whenever you use a shared or public device.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if available on your account settings page.

4. Deposits and Accepted Payment Methods

All transactions on PHDream25 are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). We accept the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The maximum single deposit may vary depending on your account verification tier and the selected payment method. Deposits must come from accounts or cards registered under your own name. PHDream25 does not accept third-party deposits. Any attempt to deposit using another person's payment credentials may result in immediate account suspension and investigation.

PHDream25 does not charge fees for standard deposits, but your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees. Always check with your payment provider before initiating a transfer.

5. Withdrawals and Processing Times

Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to successful identity verification and compliance checks. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment account registered under the same name as your PHDream25 account.

PHDream25 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal while conducting security reviews or KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. You may be asked to submit additional documents before a withdrawal is approved. We aim to make this process as quick and smooth as possible — your trust matters to us.

6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

PHDream25 regularly offers promotions, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free bets to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the promotion, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

General bonus rules applicable across all PHDream25 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Each bonus is available once per player, household, IP address, and payment method unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent until all wagering requirements are met.
• Standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount unless the promotion page specifies a different multiplier.
• Wagering must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited.

PHDream25 takes bonus abuse very seriously. Using multiple accounts, exploiting system errors, or coordinating with other players to satisfy wagering requirements in an artificial manner will result in bonus cancellation, win forfeiture, and possible permanent account closure.

7. Game Fairness and Intellectual Property

All games offered on PHDream25 — including virtual sports, roulette, live casino tables, volleyball betting, color game, basketball betting, and NBA betting markets — are provided by licensed game software suppliers. Our random number generator (RNG) systems are independently certified to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes for every game round.

All content on the PHDream25 platform, including but not limited to graphics, logos, text, software, game titles, and interface designs, is the intellectual property of PHDream25 or its licensors. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written consent from PHDream25.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on PHDream25 and may result in account suspension, win forfeiture, and/or legal action:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other form of artificial intelligence to place bets
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain — any such winnings will be voided
• Colluding with other players, including chip dumping in poker or card games
• Attempting to launder money or conduct any financial fraud through the Platform
• Providing false information during registration or verification
• Opening multiple accounts or using a proxy to mask your location
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or our support staff

9. Responsible Gaming

• Loss of winnings due to technical failure, internet disconnection, or system downtime

• Loss of profits, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, PHDream25's total liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the PHDream25 Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter shall be submitted to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines with jurisdiction over online gaming disputes.

12. Amendments to These Terms
